How to enrol at Pretium Private Schools

IMPORTANT:
It is important to complete the application-for-admission form fully and to attach ALL the necessary supporting documents.
The application for admission will be assessed while the parent/learner waits.
If the learner is accepted, the information will be captured on Pretium admin system and a family code with banking details will be handed to the parent/learner.
The registration fees are payable at a bank, using your family code as reference, and proof of payment must be provided to the school.
STUDENTS
A learner must benefit from Pretium’s curriculum and it is therefore necessary to assess each application for admission. Applicants are assessed according to the normal entry requirements and personal interviews are requested. In Grade 9 and Grade 10, only learners with academic merit and a good behaviour reference will be considered for enrolment.
PLEASE NOTE: We adhere to the South African Schools Act, number 84 of 1996, to determine age requirements for admission. Learners applying for admission may not be younger or more than two years older than the appropriate age in each grade.
After Care
The school provides an extend supervision and activities for students after regular school hours. Our aftercare facilities are designed to accommodate working parents or guardians who may need extended care for their children due to work schedules or other commitments.
Aftercare is provided daily for students and a variety of supervised activities are available for children as well as free play in the garden. Children need to be collected by 18:00pm latest and in the event of late collection a penalty is payable.
